Fabric requirements will depend on how many placemats you want to make. But each is 12.5×18.5 inches and each mat requires two pieces at this size. Meaning you should be able to comfortably get 4 mats from two metres of fabric (1m of each). I use textured blender in White for one side (https://supercrafts.co.uk/100-cotton/…) and Metallic Poinsettia for the other side (https://supercrafts.co.uk/christmas/1…)
